All orders are delivered free-of-charge by Partsfrog throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.
When will I receive an item I order?
If you order and pay for an item before 15.00, the order will be sent the same day by UPS. Orders we receive after 15.00 will be dispatched the following day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be forwarded to UPS on the Monday.
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Any order you place on Partsfrog will be assigned a track & trace code. We will send this by email after we have dispatched the order. The UPS track & trace code enables you to monitor the status of the order. Follow you Partsfrog order here.
Who delivers the ordered goods?
UPS will deliver your order.
What happens if I am not home when the order is delivered?
The UPS driver will drop a note through your letter box specifying the nearest UPS Access Point where you can collect the package yourself.
Can I have the order delivered to a different address?
Yes. If you want the order delivered to a different address you can indicate this when ordering. The delivery address does not need to be the same as the address on the invoice.
I received a different item to the one I ordered
It goes without saying our staff do their very best not to send out the wrong items. Nevertheless, you may receive an item you have not ordered. If so, you should contact our customer services team. We will ensure we send you the correct product.
